Hallie

If you can remember way back when (a year ago that is) I posted photos from a session with Hallie. Hallie was a newborn at the time, and she has just turned one! Her parents have been over the moon this past year, to say the least. Hallie has been a total delight and I love being around her. We went to the beach this past weekend, and I got some "one-year" photos of Hallie. And, of course, my boys had to get in on the action! So fun! John and Meg's Austin Wedding

After 14 years of great love and friendship, John and Meg tied the knot in a lovely ceremony at Austin's Mercury Hall. After some clouds and a few light raindrops, it ended up being a gorgeous cool late Spring evening. The ceremony was on a hill under a shady oak tree. Then later that evening, the music and dancing started inside the old Texas church (built in 1904). The church, which was moved to its current site in 1997, was an amazing spot for this fun reception. It was Texas in every way! Good old classic country music was played until late in the evening by local Austin band, Heybale. Congrats John and Meg!

I've been so fortunate to photograph so many cute babies lately...and I have another tomorrow! Can't wait. Here is little Abigail. She's 7 weeks old in these photos. Despite being awake most of the shoot, she was a dream to photograph. Happy and content. Here are my favs!
